Dear Taylor,

Hi! I hope you’re having the most amazing time on your tour!!!

Your show at Kansas City (night 1) was just breathtaking, it was truly a once in a lifetime experience that I’m going to deeply treasure forever. I hope that you feel as proud of what you’ve accomplished as we do, you are so deeply loved as a human. 💜

Unfortunately, we had to miss around half of your show because the accessibility was so horrendous. My friend was questioned on whether they really needed a wheelchair to get to their chair, as they use a cane as a walking aid. When we finally convinced the people enough that my friend did need the help as we were in the 300s, they were very rude about it. My friends sister asked if she could accompany them because my friend has major anxiety around strangers, and the staff started to yell at her that she just wanted a free backstage show. I assure you that that’s NOT the case, we just wanted to get my friend to our seats so that we could enjoy our night. They ended up forcing my friends sister to sit in a wheelchair as well, taking away an aid that someone else could have needed, in order for her to be allowed to follow my friend. For me and the other girl we were with, we were given wrong directions 5 times, which caused a lot of distress for everyone involved. We ended up missing some of your sets due to these situations.

We were also told that if we wanted “another fun ride” we better come get them before the end of your show or else they couldn’t help us. We did end up leaving our seats early so that we could get my friend an aid, and we missed more of your show, but we weren’t even ever able to get them a wheelchair. We waited for 45 minutes and were eventually told that we were “out of luck” and to start walking. Your show had ended at this point, so the crowds were understandably dense and hectic, with everyone trying to just get to their cars. It took us at least an hour from that point to get to our car due to the amount of pain my friend was in, not to mention their mental state after those interactions. We are just extremely disappointed and hurt by the staff at arrowhead stadium. We did reach out to them, but haven’t heard anything back, unfortunately.

I completely know and understand that this has nothing to do with you or your wonderful and immensely talented team, you, and your whole team, are amazing beings that I admire so so so much (in a way that allows for human flaws and understanding). I just hope this reaches the right people so that maybe things could be said to the Arrowhead Stadium managers in a way that can enact positive change so that future people don’t need to go through what we did. No one deserves to miss a once in a lifetime opportunities just because they need to go fight and advocate for themselves.

Literally, such an amazing show, I really hope you all have the BEST time on the rest of the tour 💜

Ps. Just like so many others, we ended up all getting tattoos inspired by you, we will be sure to tag you soon 🥰

Sending you all of the love and warmth!!! 💜
